Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Illuminent does not accept returns on used or opened products at this time.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email providing information regarding your defective or damaged product along with pictures to email@example.com. Our support team will provide a prepaid label to return the damaged goods and provide you with information on your replacement item. In the event that the product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to the email that is associated with your order.
