Illuminent works very diligently to ship all orders Monday – Friday from our headquarters in California within 1-2 business days.

Full Shipping Window: One Week

If there are any issues with your order or an item in your order, our team will reach out to let you know. 

NOTE: Illuminent is not responsible for the actions of the Shipping Carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX ) including the time frame in which you receive your package. Once the package leaves our Distribution Center we are not in control of the length of time or condition the package is received.

Fulfillment Errors:

Did you receive the wrong product? Please reach out to support@illuminent.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of your packing slip and products received and we will send your missing item(s).
